HOW TO REFILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION

 

• Call our pharmacy 269.668.6801 and speak to our staff

• Leave a message with your name, prescription number or name of medication and the best phone number to contact you.  

• Submit a refill request using the QR Code on every prescription bottle

If you do Not have refills remaining please contact your doctors office and allow up to 72 hours for a prescription to be called into the pharmacy.
